Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our spatulas, ladles, and slotted spoons. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward, guiding you through the process if you need to return or exchange a product—whether it’s damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected. By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable). This includes spatulas, ladles, and slotted spoons that have not been used for cooking, washed, or altered in any way. Products that show signs of wear, damage from improper use, or tampering will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., the wrong type of spatula or ladle), please notify us as soon as possible—preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery. Damaged or defective items include utensils with broken handles, cracked silicone heads, rusted metal parts, or any other flaw that impairs their functionality. For these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a full refund, a replacement product, or an exchange for another item of equal value, at your discretion.
For eligible returns of unused, undamaged products (e.g., you changed your mind about the style or size), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, even if you received free shipping on your original order. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first complete the return request process through our website. You will need to provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return/exchange. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit—we are not responsible for damage to products that occur while being returned to us.
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. If you request an exchange for a different product (e.g., switching from a silicone spatula to a nylon one, or a larger ladle to a smaller one), we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as the returned item is approved. If the replacement product has a different price, you will be responsible for paying any additional cost, or we will refund the difference if the replacement is less expensive.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange after we receive the product. Refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days of processing, with delivery times matching our standard shipping policy.
Certain products may be excluded from our return and exchange policy, including custom or personalized utensils (if applicable) and clearance items. Clearance items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If your return is rejected, we will notify you and arrange to ship the product back to you, at your expense. We also reserve the right to limit the number of returns or exchanges per customer, to prevent abuse of our policy.
